This site collects nothing. There is no analytics, there are no cookies, and no request leaves your browser for anyone else's server.
What this website does
It serves a handful of pages of text. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded video, no chat widget, and no fonts or scripts loaded from a third-party CDN — the typefaces are served from this domain along with everything else. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address and browser of each request for a short period. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, it is not linked to anything else, and we do not analyse it.
If you email us
When you write to admin@firstlightsoftech.com we keep your message and our reply for as long as we need to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will, unless we are required to retain it.

This notice covers this website only. Each product we operate handles personal data and is governed by its own, much fuller privacy policy, which also names the relevant grievance contact and sets out how to exercise your rights.
